An unidentified young man who reportedly collapsed right in the middle of a busy expressway in Abuja, has left Nigerians confused.
According to some Twitter users, he might be a scammer as some claim they have seen him pretending to be asthmatic while faking a collapse.
A good samaritan identified as (@FakhuusHashim), found an inhaler on this person and administered it as first aid before he was taken to a nearby hospital, some Nigerians are doubting the authenticity of the story.
“This man collapsed in the middle of Yaradua expressway, if you know him, he’s being taken to Garki Hospital by the Police. Please go check.”

Some however think it’s for real, saying his asthma attacks are real.
