As much healthy and nutritious fruit juices are, their consumption should be limited in case of any digestive or menstrual disorder, or diabetes.  However, there are juices which are designed particularly for these conditions.

It is a well-known that ginger offers a wide range of health benefits. But, did you know that extracting its juice is one of the best ways to reap those benefits?  The easiest way to prepare fresh, ginger juice is to grate the root and then squeeze it into gauze or simply run it through a food processor/blender.
Ginger juice has been long used to treat nausea, it`s time-tested, and completely safe to use.  Some experts recommend ginger juice to pregnant women in order to relieve morning sickness.  However, recent study published by the American Pregnancy Association suggests consulting a doctor prior using it, despite the fact that it`s generally safe to use.

GINGER JUICE: HEALTH BENEFITS
Digestive Disorder:  Consuming ginger juice helps relieve nausea, vomiting, indigestion, and heartburn. It can be combined with a teaspoon of lime or fresh mint juice and honey, if needed.
Menstrual Disorder: Regular consumption of ginger juice for a month helps relieve menstrual cramps, also known as dysmenorrhea. It is also
beneficial for menopausal women.
Fatigue: Ginger juice is beneficial for those suffering from chronic fatigue, muscle pain, and soreness.
Pain- reliever: Ginger juice works as potent pain-reliever. To relieve headache, apply ginger juice to the forehead. As for a toothache, apply the juice to the jaw area or the external area of the cheek.
Cough: Due to its ability to clear phlegm, ginger juice is effective in suppressing cough.
Impotence: To fight off impotence and increase sperm count, mix a teaspoon of ginger juice, a teaspoon of honey, and half boiled egg, and take the mixture on an empty stomach and at bedtime for a month.
Inflammation: Ginger juice possesses compounds which help reduce inflammation.
Inflammation-related Problems:  It helps alleviate problems like eczema and acne as well as conditions like gout, osteoarthritis, and rheumatoid arthritis.


Antioxidant Content: Ginger juice is packed with antioxidants, vitamin B6, potassium, magnesium, and manganese, all of which are needed for the body to function at optimal level.
Hypertension:  While ginger juice helps lower blood pressure levels, it`s not recommended to use as the only treatment for the condition.
Colon Cancer: Ginger juice has been shown to slow down the growth of colorectal cancer cells.
Ovarian Cancer: It has been scientifically shown that ginger juice induces apoptosis in ovarian cancer cells.

GINGER JUICE: RECIPE
Ingredients:
  • 8 oz. of purified water
  • 1 tsp ginger, peeled and chopper
  • 1 tbsp honey ( optional)
Instructions:
  • Add the water and ginger to a blender and blend for a few minutes
  • Strain the mixture
  • Add the honey, mint leaves, or lemon juice, if needed
Use:
While ginger provides a wide array of health benefits, the daily amount shouldn’t exceed two teaspoons of fresh ginger juice.
